RMR Consulting is building a network of skilled proposal professionals for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry proposal development. Our contractors typically work on public entity proposals for local governments, municipalities, healthcare providers, school districts, universities, and Native American communities. These assignments typically have 2-3 week turnarounds.
